Laparoscopic and open liver resection in children: comparison of results

Aim. To compare the results of laparoscopic and open resections in children with hepatic neoplasms. Materials methods. A retrospective analysis immediate long-term liver for period from 2018 to 2021 was performed. In order apply pseudorandomization, observations were compared according 10 cofounders, taking into account anamnestic data, anatomical physiological features. Results. 30 operated on laparoscopically 77 – by method. After 26 pairs comparable obtained. Statistically significant differences identified safety drainage removal, duration analgesic therapy postoperative advantage access both before after pseudorandomization. The authors reported no incidence complications, lethal outcomes treatment results. Conclusion. Shorter indicates further study specialized institutions be involved. This will enable indications such interventions finally formulated.
